Scott Drumheller is Of Counsel with Griffin | Williams LLP. Mr. Drumheller advises companies and non-profit organizations in labor and employment law and corporate governance matters. Mr. Drumheller practices in both state and federal courts, and also before administrative agencies, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the United States Department of Labor, the State of Illinois Human Right Department and Human Rights Commission, and the State of Illinois Department of Labor.
Mr. Drumheller is also the General Counsel and Secretary for Lions Clubs International in Oak Brook, Illinois. Lions Clubs International is a non-profit volunteer humanitarian association of service clubs comprised of over 45,000 clubs with 1,350,000 members in 208 countries. Mr. Drumheller’s responsibilities include providing advice concerning all corporate, tax, trademark, human resources and other legal matters on a global basis, intellectual property portfolio administration, risk management, overseeing board training and corporate governance programs, managing litigation and outside counsel, and coordinating internal dispute resolution procedures. Prior to joining Lions Clubs International, Mr. Drumheller was a partner in a Chicago area law firm representing management in labor and employment law matters, and he was also an associate at Jackson Lewis, a national labor and employment law firm with over 20 offices and 400 attorneys.
Mr. Drumheller serves as Chairperson for the Association of Corporate Counsel Nonprofit Organization Committee, he is the Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for DuPage PADS (Public Action to Deliver Shelter), and President of Rockford Christian Camp. Mr. Drumheller is also an Adjunct Professor for Judson University in Elgin, Illinois, and he regularly teaches human resources, management and leadership courses for the university’s adult undergraduate program.
