Joseph P. Sauber
Joseph P. Sauber is a life long resident of St. Charles and a graduate of St. Charles High School. He attended the University of Illinois and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in 1982. He received his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1985.
Joe joined Griffin | Williams as partner in 2019, having come from Shearer & Agrella, where he had been partner since 1992. He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has previously served as President of the St. Charles Boys Baseball Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Knights of Columbus Council 2191.
Joe’s practice is concentrated in civil litigation, where he has a wide range of experience involving complex commercial/business issues, including breach of contract, mechanics liens, construction, landlord/tenant, easements, financial transactions, fiduciary relationships, trade secrets, employment covenants, corporate dissolutions, insurance coverage, warranties, debt collection and enforcement of judgments.
