Joseph P. Sauber


Joseph P. Sauber is a life long resident of St. Charles and a graduate of St. Charles High School. He attended the University of Illinois and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in 1982. He received his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1985.

Joe joined Griffin and Williams as partner in 2019, having come from Shearer & Agrella, where he had been partner since 1992. He is licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has previously served as President of the St. Charles Boys Baseball Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the Knights of Columbus Council 2191.

Joe’s practice is concentrated in civil litigation where he handles a broad range of complex matters, including personal injury, mechanic’s lien / construction litigation, breach of contract, and collections.
